MECHANICAL COPY DEVICEO for combination with Centauro TM1600 - TM2000
The new AC 1300 has a max. longitudinal copying lenght of 1300 mm and a max. diameter of 200 mm (square 142 mm). The extremely strong smooth copying unit uses a gouge having radius 1,2 mm with double cutting edge for turning in both saddle travel directions. A fixed steady with rubber rollers allows turning of especially long, thin pieces without vibrations. The AC 1300 is able to copy from metal template (occasionally from wooden sample) and is available in 2 different versions:
- with motorized copier feed at variable speed with electronic control. Manual copier feed is still possible in this version, once the geared motor has been disengaged
- with manual copier feed controlled by handwheel.
