Description

The PA1 automatic profiling machine, it is realised for the transformation of spools of flat metallic hoop-iron, into strips of shaped/bounded hoop-iron, cut in the desired dimensions.
The machine is equipped with automatic cutting programmer, which guarantees the exact quantity and the precise length of the strips cut, plumbing system for the sectioning of the hoop-iron and reel for the spool.
The use of the PA1 automatic profiling machine, it is very simple, as a matter of fact, once you have planned the desired measures and lengths of the necessary hoop-iron strips, you manually introduce a side of the hoop-iron into the capstan, the machine now can start.
All the following operations, of measuring, cutting and unloading are done automatically, also the stop of the machine, after the achievement of the pre-established pieces.
Thanks to the accurate choice of the materials and the perfecting working elements used to construct this machine, the PA1 automatic profiling machine, it is absolutely silent and with practically a unlimited duration during the time.
