Description
THE UNIVERSAL MACHINE FOR 2– 4 WAYS PALLETS

The CM 250 nailing frame is the ideal system for fast, precise manual assembly of 2 and4-way pallets and/or planking forming boxes and crates.
Assembly operations for the construction of 4-way pallets follow this order:

1. Inserting the crosspieces.
2. Positioning the middle planks.
3. Inserting the top fastening laths
4. Nailing-Riveting.
5. Pneumatic expulsion of the finished pallet.

Assembly of the 2-way pallets occurs in this order:

1. Inserting the squared timbers.
2. Positioning the outside fastening boards.
3. Nailing.
4. Pneumatic expulsion of the finished pallet.
