CAPE, Spain, will be exhibiting at the Xylexpo 2008 introducing a new innovation into the pallet industry: Artificial Vision for pallets MACH-3D.
Following the evolution of the TANDEM Nailing lines, the MACH flexible Lines and the automatic board feeding systems for both types of lines, worldwide market demands in terms of quality certifications of the finished product are stricter than ever. This Artificial Vision system will ensure the quality of all pallets manufactured on Automatic Nailing Lines in terms of wood quality, nail defects and dimensions of the pallets. This system is presented with a centralised managing station which, at the same time, manages all the Nailing Line setup from one single station.
